Ticketmaster - How to Add a New Payment Method

  1. Confirm you are signed in to the correct Ticketmaster account



  • Sign in to your Ticketmaster Account.


  1. Click My Account in the top-right corner
    • Locate the My Profile section.
    • Open the drop-down menu and select Billing Information.


  1. Start adding a new payment method
    • Click Save New Payment Method




  1. Find your Ticket Collective virtual card details
    • Go to the Ticket Collective website.
    • Open your personal dashboard.
    • Scroll down and select Personal Details.
    • Locate your virtual card information in the left corner of the page.


  1. Copy the virtual card number and expiration date
    • Copy the card number from Ticket Collective.
    • Copy the expiration date from Ticket Collective.
    • These details can be copied and pasted directly into Ticketmaster.

  1. Enter the card details into Ticketmaster
    • Enter your first name and last name.
    • Add your current personal address in the address fields.
    • Make sure the billing address matches your current information.
    • After you enter in your card details, click Save Card

  1. Confirm the billing information was saved
    • Verify that the billing information has been successfully uploaded.
    • If the card does not save, review the entered details and try again.
