AXS - How to Buy Tickets

After opting in to an event opportunity, the event details and the link to the purchasing page will appear on your dashboard 15 minutes before the sale opens.

Click the Blue Buy link to access the sale.
Join the Waiting Room.
- Click Join Waiting Room. The wait can be a few minutes or up to an hour for some popular events

View your Event Page
- The events will have multiple several Available Offers (Presales, Accessible Seating, AXS Premium, etc.). Keep in mind that we will always include which presale (and pre-sale code) to target in the Event Details and Target Criteria.

FYI: Some events route you through a Presales page first, listing multiple offers side by side with their own date windows and some requiring a password. Only select the one specified in your Target Criteria

Enter the Seat Map

You can click directly into targeted sections. Locate the Price Range above the seat map or at the top left and use it to zero in on your target price range.

When multiple rows share the same price, take the closer row first. For example, if Row 9 and Row 22 are both priced the same, Row 9 — the closer row — is the one to pick.

Locate the Ticket Types above the seat map or at the top left. Uncheck everything except Standard or the specific Pre-Sale Type we are targeting.

What to Avoid

Never purchase AXS Premium, VIP Packages, Premium Upgrades, or any other Platinum ticket types.
Avoid AXS Official Resale, or any other resale listings.
Do not purchase Limited View or Obstructed View tickets.

Always confirm the ticket type before selecting, even if the seat location looks right.

Select seats on the map
- Once you have confirmed the right seats at the right price and ticket type, click them on the map to add them to your selection.
- Click Checkout

Checkout
- A timer will appear in the top corner once you checkout. Keep track of it.
- Once you click Checkout, the site will lead you to the Offers page. Decline all of their offers.
- Click Continue to Checkout.

Once you arrive on the Delivery page, always choose AXS Mobile ID - Free. Never select Standard Mail or any other delivery method.
Click Continue

The site will then bring you to the Payment Info page.
Enter your Credit Card details. If your Virtual Card is already saved, you will just need the CVV.

Click Continue
- Enter your billing address using your own residential information.

Once you are done filling in your Payment Information, the site will lead you to the Verify Order page.
- Review the Order Summary and Order Total one more time and make sure everything matches.
- - Make sure that the mode of delivery is AXS Mobile ID - Free
- Do NOT purchase Insurance. (Click "No, do not protect my ticket purchase."
- Agree to the Terms of Use, and, click Confirm Purchase.
