Step 3 - Understanding Event Details & Target Criteria

Basic Event Details:

Once you have opted for an event, your dashboard will give you the basic event details:

  • Event sale date/time
  • Event ID
  • Payout per ticket
  • Timing for event detail release
  • Timing for event check-in



Full Event Details

Full event details are released into your dashboard 15 minutes before event opens. You will receive notification via your preferred communication method (SMS/email) when full event details are released:



Your Full Event Details will Include:

  • Ticket limit
  • Target Criteria
  • Ticket sections
  • Ticket rows
  • Payout per ticket
  • Delivery type
  • Preferred ticket group size (typically 2-8 tickets, all next to each other)
  • Any notes for this specific event
    • In this case, the Ticket Collective team anticipates an expensive event, meaning participants must consider the cheapest tickets within the specified sections/rows.
  • Presale code (This is needed to unlock the sale)

From this event details screen you can select Buy Tickets when the event opens. This screen can also take you to the Upload Cart Screenshot area once you have carted the appropriate tickets.


Strategy Tips:
  1. Read the Notes first. It tells you exactly how to break ties on price and row.
  2. Match the group size exactly. If criteria calls for a group of 4, don't submit 3 or 5. Always be mindful that the seats need to be directly next to each other.
  3. Do not guess. If nothing on the marketplace clearly matches the criteria, it's better to keep looking than submit something close enough.
  4. CRITERIA CAN UPDATE MID-SALE. Glance at the event details page again right before you purchase.



Closed Events:

You will be notified via your preferred communication method (SMS/email) when we have closed the event or when you will no longer be able to purchase tickets.
