Marketplace Deep Dive | AXS
Start by going to axs.com and signing in — or creating an account if you don't already have one.
Adding a Payment Method
Click your name in the top-right corner, then select Account.

Click the Payments tab.

Under Payment Methods, click Add Payment Method.

Open your TTC Personal Details page in another tab and copy your Virtual Card number, expiration date, and CVV.

Paste them into the matching fields — Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV. For Name on Card, use your own name. Click Continue.

For the billing details — use your own residential address. Click Save.

Finding Tickets & Transferring
After saving, you'll be redirected back to the Payments page. From here, let's look at where you'll go when it's time to transfer tickets after you've made a purchase. Click Your Tickets.

Click Transfer in the top-right corner.

Click to expand the TTC event you need to transfer tickets for, and select the tickets.

Under Assign Recipient, you'll need to add tickets@theticketcollective.com as a contact if it's your first time transferring tickets to us.

Click Add New. In the pop-up, enter your own first and last name, then enter tickets@theticketcollective.com in both the Email Address and Confirm Email Address fields. Click Add New Contact.

Once the contact's added, select Send tickets by email. Click Transfer [#] Selected at the bottom to complete the transfer.

Once the transfer is complete, forward the transfer confirmation email to your unique TTC forwarding email right away.
Navigating & Buying Tickets
After opting in to an event opportunity, event details — including a link to the purchasing page — will appear on the dashboard 15 minutes before the sale opens. Click the blue Buy link to access the sale.
The event page shows several Available Offers — this can include Presales, Accessible Seating, AXS Premium, and sometimes bundled Artist VIP packages. Click Get Tickets (or Buy Offer / See Offer) under the specific presale or onsale we're targeting — we'll always tell you exactly which one, and any presale code, in your Event Details and Target Criteria.

Some events will drop you into a waiting room or queue — you may see a countdown timer or a "your turn is coming up" progress screen. The page refreshes automatically, so just hang tight until it moves you through.

Once you're on the seat map, you can click directly into targeted sections or use the Price Range filter to zero in on different price breaks. Drag the slider then click Apply. This is the fastest way to find price breaks: the points where price changes by section, row, or seat number.

Next, click Ticket Types to open the filter list. Uncheck everything except Standard or the specific Pre-Sale Type we are targeting, then click Apply — this isolates only the eligible inventory and removes Premium, Accessible, and VIP listings from view in one step.

What to Avoid
- Never purchase AXS Premium, VIP Packages, Premium Upgrades, or any other Platinum ticket types.
- Avoid AXS Official Resale, or any other resale listings.
- Do not purchase Limited View or Obstructed View tickets.
Once you've confirmed the right seats at the right price and ticket type, click them on the map to add them to your selection.

Once your seats are in the Selected Tickets panel, click Checkout.

For Delivery, always choose AXS Mobile ID – Free. Never select Standard Mail or any other delivery method.

For Payment Info, select Credit Card. If your Virtual Card is already saved, you'll just need the CVV. If not, enter your TTC Virtual Card number, expiration date, and CVV. Click Next, then enter your billing address using your own residential information.

Review the Order Summary and Order Total one more time to make sure everything matches. AXS will recommend you protect your ticket purchase with Insurance. Decline it — select "No, do not protect my ticket purchase." then Agree to the Terms of Use, and click Confirm Purchase.

And that's a quick intro to the basics of an buying on AXS.
