TTC - How to Find Your Unique TTC Forwarding Email

Objective
This tutorial explains four ways to find your unique Ticket Collective forwarding email within your dashboard. Use it whenever you need to copy or confirm the email address used for forwarding submissions, confirmations, or transfers.
Key Steps
1. Open Your Ticket Collective Dashboard 0:00

- Log in to the Ticket Collective website.
- Navigate to your personal dashboard.
- Confirm you are on the correct account before continuing.
2. Find the Forwarding Email in Submit Cart 0:14


- Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard page.
- Select the Submit Cart section.
- Change the submission method from Web Upload to Forwarding Email.
- Locate your unique forwarding email under the Cart Submission Email field.
3. Check the Order Confirmations Section 0:31


- Return to your dashboard.
- Open the Order Confirmations section.
- Review the displayed forwarding email.
- Use the copy to clipboard button if you need to paste it elsewhere.
4. Verify the Email in Ticket Transfers 0:45


- From the dashboard, open the Ticket Transfers section.
- Confirm your unique forwarding email appears there as well.
- Use this section as an alternate place to quickly retrieve the email.
5. Locate the Email in Personal Details 0:55


- Go to Personal Details in your dashboard.
- Scroll down to Profile Details on the left-hand side.
- Find the final line labeled Forwarding Email.
- Copy the email if needed using the available copy option.
Cautionary Notes
- Ensure you are logged into the correct Ticket Collective account before checking the forwarding email.
- The forwarding email should appear immediately in each section; if it does not, refresh the page or verify account access.
- Do not confuse the forwarding email with other account or contact emails shown in the dashboard.
Tips for Efficiency
- Use the copy to clipboard button whenever available to avoid typing errors.
- If one section is difficult to find, use any of the other three locations as a backup.
- Keep the forwarding email saved in a secure internal reference for future use.
