Where to Find Order Status & Transfer Status for Confirmed Orders

Order Confirmation status

Go to your Dashboard → Order Confirmations
Every confirmation you've submitted shows one of three statuses: Pending, Verified, or Rejected (with a reason, if rejected)

Transfer status

Go to your Dashboard → Ticket Transfers
Same three statuses apply: Pending, Verified, or Rejected (with a reason, if rejected)

You can also reach both pages directly from the quick-link tiles on your main Dashboard. Verified statuses on both pages are what trigger your two-part payout (see "How & When do I get paid?" for the full payout breakdown).
