  • Who are the ticket brokers?
Ticket brokers are individuals and/or businesses that purchase and resell event tickets within the secondary market. They may operate as licensed resellers, registered marketplace sellers, or professional inventory managers. The Ticket Collective works exclusively with resellers who operate within applicable legal frameworks.Few readers
  • Do participants control resale prices?
No. Participants provide purchasing services only. All ticket pricing decisions are handled independently by ticket resellers operating in the secondary market.Few readers
  • What is a Ticket Group Size?
Each event's target criteria include a required group size — the number of seats you must purchase, and they must be directly next to each other in the same row, with no gaps. For example, if the group size is 4, you must find 4 consecutive seats together. Purchasing 4 individual single seats in different locations does not qualify.Few readers
  • I am not able to see the target criteria or event details for events I've opted into in the past
What happened: High-demand presales move quickly, and queue lengths can shift before a purchase is completed. Unfortunately, this is sometimes outside of our control. What's next: We run events regularly and will always need reliable participants. Keep an eye out for our next announcement; we'd love to have you back.Few readers
  • Can I use my business or company to sign up?
No. Purchasing accounts and payment accounts must be set up under a personal identity — not a business or corporation. You cannot use a company EIN. You must register and receive commissions under your personal information.Few readers
  • What is the secondary ticket market?
The secondary ticket market refers to the resale of event tickets after their original purchase from primary sellers (such as Ticketmaster, AXS, or SeatGeek). Tickets are resold through secondary marketplaces based on market demand. The Ticket Collective supports professional ticket resellers within this ecosystem.Few readers
