Upload Cart Screenshots After Buying Tickets


Objective


After carting tickets for an event, you will need to submit a screenshot of your cart for our team to approve seat locations and pricing.


This tutorial explains how to submit cart screenshots for approval to your Ticket Collective personal dashboard. Cart screenshots can only be submitted through the Ticket Collective dashboard, not through email or SMS.


Key Steps


  1. Open your Ticket Collective personal dashboard.
  • After carting tickets for an event, you will need to submit a screenshot of your cart for our team to approve seat locations and pricing.
  • To do so, be sure you are logged in to your Ticket Collective personal dashboard before beginning to buy.
  • You will navigate to the event page (shown below) to find


  1. Select the event you have just purchased.


  • Find the desired event, as shown in the top picture.
  • Select the green button labeled Upload Cart Screenshot.
  • This will open a section allowing you to drag and drop or click to upload the screenshots taken of your cart.
  • Select Submit Cart.





Cautionary Notes

  • Submitting cart screenshots and receiving cart verification is required before moving forward.
  • Make sure screenshots are clear and complete before uploading or sending.


Tips for Efficiency

  • Keep screenshots organized in a dedicated folder before starting the upload.
  • Review the submission instructions once before sending to avoid missed steps.
