Ticketmaster - How to Create a New Account

1. Navigate to Ticketmaster and start registration 0:00

• Go to ticketmaster.com.
• In the top-right corner, select Sign In / Register.
• This begins the account creation process.

2. Enter your email address 0:13

• On the next screen, enter the email address you want to use for the Ticketmaster account.
• Continue after submitting the email.

3. Complete the sign-up form 0:20

• If the email has never been used with Ticketmaster, you will be directed to the sign-up page.
• Enter the following details:
• • A strong password
  • Your first name
  • Your last name
  • Your zip code
• Select Acknowledge.
• Click Next to proceed.

4. Verify your email address 0:35

• Choose Verify my email.
• Check your main inbox and spam/junk folder for a verification code from Ticketmaster.
• Enter the code in the field provided.

5. Verify your phone number 0:49

• Select Add my phone.
• Enter your phone number when prompted.
• Retrieve the verification code sent by SMS/text message.
• Enter the SMS code in the required field.

6. Finish account setup and confirm access 1:03

• Select Done or Finish to complete the process.
• Confirm that the account has been successfully created and verified.
• You should be returned to the main Ticketmaster page.

7. Confirm the account is active 1:12

• Look for My Ticketmaster / My Account in the top-right corner.
• If you see this instead of Sign In / Register, the account setup was successful.

Cautionary Notes

• Use a valid email address and active phone number that you can access immediately.
• Make sure the password is strong and secure.
• If you do not receive the email code, check spam/junk before requesting another code.
• Enter verification codes carefully; expired or incorrect codes may require you to restart the verification step.
