Ticket Types
A quick-reference guide to key ticket types.
Term | Definition |
Floor Seats | Seats on the floor section of the venue — same level as the stage. Typically the closest seats to the performer. |
Lowers | Seats are located in the lower-level sections, directly above the floor. The first seated section after the floor. |
Clubs | A mid-level seating tier found at some venues, generally situated between the lower and upper levels. |
Uppers | Seats on the highest level of the venue. |
Facing | Seats with a direct line of sight to the stage. |
Official Platinum / VIP Tickets | Premium tickets priced higher based on the promoter's and/or the performer's specifications. A note on the ticket will describe these seats. These should never be purchased without prior approval. |
Limited or Obstructed View | The seat does not have a full, clear view of the stage or performer. This will be disclosed on the ticket listing. Do not purchase without approval. |
Handicap / ADA / Companion Seat | A seat designated for fans with additional accessibility needs. Do not purchase without approval. |
Non-Transferable | Tickets that cannot be digitally transferred to another account. This may appear on the left side of the screen when carting. Approval must be obtained before purchasing. |
