Termination
Under what circumstances can The Ticket Collective terminate my account?
The Ticket Collective may terminate participation in two ways:
- At Will (immediate) — No cause required
- For cause (immediate) — including, but not limited to:
- Material breach of agreements
- Zero-tolerance violations (see Platform Conduct Policy — automation tools, fake accounts, fraudulent behavior)
- Failure to pay amounts owed (see Participant Responsibility Policy)
- Violations of applicable law
- Presenting unacceptable operational risk

Whether pending compensation is paid out depends on how your participation was terminated:
- At Will: Pending compensation is paid out.
- For Cause: Pending compensation is forfeited.
