Adding Ticket Collective Credit Card and Billing Information to a SeatGeek Account

Objective

This tutorial explains how to add a Ticket Collective virtual credit card and billing details to a SeatGeek account. Follow these steps to ensure the payment method is entered correctly and saved successfully.


Key Steps

 

1. Log in to SeatGeek and open account settings 0:17


  • Go to SeatGeek.com and sign in to your account.
  • Click the account initial/letter in the top-right corner.
  • Select My Account from the dropdown menu.

 

2. Open the Payments and Shipping section 0:28


  • Scroll down within My Account.
  • Select Payments and Shipping to access payment method settings.

 

3. Start adding a new credit card 0:33


  • Click Add Credit Card.
  • Leave the SeatGeek page open so you can return after gathering the card details.

 

4. Retrieve virtual card details from Ticket Collective 0:44


  • Open your Ticket Collective dashboard in a separate browser tab or window.
  • Scroll down and select Personal Details.
  • Locate the Virtual Card Information in the top-left area of the page.

 

5. Copy the required payment information 0:54


  • Copy the following details from Ticket Collective:
    • Card number
    • Expiration dat
    • CVV
  • Verify each value before moving back to SeatGeek.

 

6. Enter the card details into SeatGeek 1:03


  • Return to the SeatGeek payment form.
  • Paste the copied card number, expiration date, and CVV into the matching fields.
  • Double-check that each field is populated correctly before continuing.

 

7. Enter billing address and name information 1:14


  • Enter your first name and last name.
  • Use your current personal residence for the billing address.
  • If applicable, check the box to make the shipping and billing addresses the same.

 

8. Save the new payment method 1:29


  • Click Save to complete the setup.
  • Confirm that the Ticket Collective credit card and billing information has been added to your SeatGeek account.


Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure you are logged into the correct SeatGeek account before entering payment information.
  • Use the exact card number, expiration date, and CVV from the Ticket Collective Virtual Account.
  • Make sure the billing address matches your current residence and is entered accurately.
  • If you have not yet created your SeatGeek account, complete that setup first before following this SOP.


Tips for Efficiency

  • Keep SeatGeek and Ticket Collective open in separate tabs to reduce switching time.
  • Copy and paste the card details instead of typing them manually to avoid errors.
  • Review all fields once before clicking Save to prevent failed submissions or corrections later.
