How do I stop participating?

You may terminate your participation at any time by providing 14 days' written notice. However, the following obligations remain in effect until fully resolved:

• Delivery of all tickets from purchases you have already completed
• Continued account access for any delayed-release tickets not yet transferred
• Resolution of any outstanding financial obligations

Your account is officially closed once all outstanding tickets have been delivered and any amounts owed are settled.
