How are disputes resolved?

Any disputes arising from your participation are resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. These agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes that proceed to litigation will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland. By creating an account and accepting the participation agreements, you waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in any class action lawsuit. You have 30 days from the date you accept these agreements to opt out of the arbitration requirement by sending written notice to The Ticket Collective.
