Delivery Methods
A quick-reference guide to key delivery methods.
Term | Definition |
Mobile Delivery | Tickets are stored digitally in the account and can be transferred electronically. This is the only acceptable delivery method unless otherwise specified. |
Will Call | Tickets must be picked up in person at the venue box office on the day of the event. Do not purchase without approval. |
Hard Shipping | Physical tickets will be mailed to the address on the account. Do not purchase without approval. |
Delivery Delay | A delay set by the venue or performer that prevents tickets from being transferred immediately after purchase. Mobile transfer will not be available until the delay is lifted — typically within a few days to a few weeks after the event. If a delivery delay is in place, report when the delay will be lifted. |
Mobile Transfer | The process of sending digital tickets from your account to another user. Completed through the account under the 'My Events' tab. Steps: select tickets, click Next, complete two-factor authentication, enter the recipient's name and email address, and click Next. A transfer confirmation email will be sent — forward a screenshot showing the event info, seat details, and recipient email address. |
