Delivery Methods

A quick-reference guide to key delivery methods.

Mobile Delivery

Tickets are stored digitally in the account and can be transferred electronically. This is the only acceptable delivery method unless otherwise specified.

Will Call

Tickets must be picked up in person at the venue box office on the day of the event. Do not purchase without approval.

Hard Shipping

Physical tickets will be mailed to the address on the account. Do not purchase without approval.

Delivery Delay

A delay set by the venue or performer that prevents tickets from being transferred immediately after purchase. Mobile transfer will not be available until the delay is lifted — typically within a few days to a few weeks after the event. If a delivery delay is in place, report when the delay will be lifted.

Mobile Transfer

The process of sending digital tickets from your account to another user. Completed through the account under the 'My Events' tab. Steps: select tickets, click Next, complete two-factor authentication, enter the recipient's name and email address, and click Next. A transfer confirmation email will be sent — forward a screenshot showing the event info, seat details, and recipient email address.
