Transferring Tickets in AXS and Forwarding the Confirmation to Ticket Collective
Objective
This tutorial explains how to transfer tickets in AXS, confirm the transfer was completed, and forward the transfer confirmation email to Ticket Collective. Follow these steps to ensure the ticket transfer is completed correctly and the required confirmation is submitted.
Key Steps
1. Sign in to AXS and access your account 0:00

- Go to AXS.com and sign in to your account.
- If you do not already have an AXS account, create one before continuing.
- From the AXS home page, click your initials in the top-right corner.
- Select Your Account from the menu.

- If AXS asks you to sign in again, complete the sign-in process.
- If prompted, verify your account using the code sent to your phone number.
- Continue once you have successfully accessed the Your Account screen.
3. Open the Your Tickets tab and start a transfer 0:41


- In Your Account, switch to the Your Tickets tab.
- Locate the Transfer button in the top-right corner.
- Click Transfer to begin the ticket transfer process.

- Find the event for which you want to transfer tickets.
- Open the event’s drop-down menu.
- Select the specific individual tickets you want to transfer.
- Confirm the selected tickets appear on the right side of the screen.

- Enter the recipient’s name, email, or phone number.
- Confirm the recipient is added and active.
- Select the option to transfer the number of selected tickets.
- Verify the tickets are no longer available in your account after transfer.
6. Locate the transfer confirmation email 1:36
- Check your email for the transfer confirmation message from AXS.
- Keep this email available, as it must be forwarded to Ticket Collective.
7. Find the Ticket Collective forwarding email 1:45

- Open a new browser window and go to your Ticket Collective dashboard.
- Scroll down and select Ticket Transfers.
- Review the instructions on the page.
- Copy the forwarding email address provided by Ticket Collective.
8. Forward the confirmation email to Ticket Collective 2:05
- Open the AXS Transfer Confirmation email in your inbox.
- Click Forward.
- Paste the Ticket Collective forwarding email into the To field.
- Send the email to complete the forwarding step.

- Confirm that the transfer confirmation email was forwarded to Ticket Collective.
