Adding Ticket Collective Credit Card and Billing Information to an AXS Account

This tutorial explains how to log in to an AXS account and add the Ticket Collective virtual credit card and billing details as a payment method. Following these steps ensures the account is set up correctly for future transactions.
Key Steps
1. Log in to your AXS account 0:00

- Open AXS and sign in with your account credentials.
- If you do not yet have an AXS account, create one using your Ticket Collective email before continuing. View our AXS - How to Create an Account tutorial for assistance.
- Complete any login prompts that appear during sign-in.
2. Complete email and phone verification if prompted 0:19
- Check your inbox for the verification email.
- Also check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your main inbox.
- Follow the verification steps for both email and phone number if AXS requests them.
- Finish the login process once verification is complete.
3. Open the Account settings page 0:41

- Click your initials in the top-right corner of the AXS page.
- Select Account from the drop-down menu.
- Confirm you are on the account settings page before proceeding.
4. Add a new payment method 0:52

- Select the Payments tab.
- Scroll to the Payment Methods section.
- Click Add Payment Method to begin entering card details.

- Open the Ticket Collective dashboard in a separate browser tab or window.
- Scroll down and select Personal Details.
- Locate the virtual card information shown in the top-left area.
- Copy the following details exactly:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVV

- Return to the AXS payment form.
- Paste the copied card number, expiration date, and **CVV **into the correct fields.
- Enter the cardholder name using your first and last name as required.
- Continue to the address step when prompted.
