What is the full process from sign-up to payout?

*Phase 1 *— Sign Up: Create an account with your email, password, and personal information. Select your preferred communication method (SMS or Email), choose your payout method (Venmo or PayPal), and agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and User Agreement.

Phase 2 — Onboarding:

1. Set your payout preference — enter your Venmo phone/username or PayPal email
2. Complete ID verification through Persona (government ID + selfie)
3. Watch two required training videos: 'A to Z – Ticket Brokers' and 'How-To Ticketmaster.'
4. Request admin review — you'll be approved, rejected, or asked for additional information
5. Receive your virtual RAMP card — issued once approved, used to purchase tickets

Phase 3 — Events & Opt-In: You'll receive a notification asking if you're available to help on a specific date and time. Reply 'Y' or 'Yes' to opt in. Users who opt in receive reminders at 72 hours, 48 hours, 24 hours, and 1 hour before the event. Users receive a check-in reminder approximately 20 minutes before the sale begins. Full event details — including sections, price targets, and the purchase link — are released approximately 15 minutes before the sale begins. 

**Phase 4 **— Cart Submission: When the sale opens, find tickets matching the target criteria and add them to your cart. Do not complete the purchase yet. Submit a screenshot of your cart via the dashboard, email forwarding, or SMS to +1 (301) 284-3518. AI reviews your submission in approximately 30 seconds — if auto-approved, your card is funded immediately.

Phase 5 — Purchase: Once your cart is approved and your virtual card is funded, complete the ticket purchase using your card.

Phase 6 — Order Confirmation: Submit proof of purchase by uploading a screenshot or forwarding your order confirmation email to your unique forwarding address.

Phase 7 — Ticket Transfer: Transfer the tickets to the unique forwarding address provided by The Ticket Collective. Forward the transfer confirmation email (with any attachments) to your forwarding address.

Phase 8 — Payout: Once your ticket transfer is verified, a payout is automatically created. Payments are processed weekly via PayPal or Venmo after admin approval.
