What is Priority Ranking and how does it work?
Priority ranking tells you which tickets to target first when an event goes on sale. Each event listing includes a set of Target Criteria ranked in order — 1st Priority, 2nd Priority, 3rd Priority, and so on.
Always start with 1st Priority. This represents the most preferred tickets. Only move to the next priority level if you cannot find tickets that match the current one.
- 1st Priority — Target these first
- 2nd Priority — Move here only if 1st Priority is unavailable
- 3rd Priority — Your last resort if no higher priority options can be found
Each priority level specifies the sections, price limits, group sizes (consecutive seat count), and the required delivery method. All criteria listed must be met. If a ticket matches the section but exceeds the price limit, it does not qualify.
💡 Treat your priority list like a ranked shopping list. Work from the top down and only move to the next level when the one above it has been exhausted.Updated on: 09/03/2026
