# The TTC Referral Program

## Know someone who’d be a good fit for The Ticket Collective? Refer them, and you’ll earn $20.

### How to refer someone
There’s no referral link or code. Just tell your friend about TTC. When they sign up, they need to:
1. **Select Friend/Referral** under “How did you find us?”
2. Enter **your email address and/or full name** under “Who referred you?”
|  TIP: Ask your friend to enter the email address on your TTC account. It’s the fastest way for us to connect the referral to you. Names aren’t always unique, so a name alone may take longer to match.

**Did your friend forget to list you?** 
*Contact support with your friend’s name and email address, and we’ll review it.*

### When will I earn my $20?
You earn $20 once the person you referred has done both of these: 
1. **Finished onboarding.** They’ve completed all training videos and been approved to receive event alerts and opt in to events.
2. **Gotten one order confirmation approved.**

### How am I paid? 
Referral bonuses are paid in the regular Friday payout, to the same PayPal or Venmo account as your other payouts. You’ll see them as a separate Referral bonuses line in your payout totals.

### How many people can I refer?
As many as you like. You earn $20 for each person you refer who qualifies, once per person.

### Who doesn’t count as a referral
* Anyone who already had a TTC account before you referred them
* Your own second account
* Fake or fraudulent accounts

### Other things to know
* You must be in good standing with TTC to earn referral bonuses.
* All referrals are reviewed. TTC may deny a referral bonus at its discretion.
* The person you refer doesn’t receive a bonus. The $20 goes to you.
* TTC may change or end the referral program at any time.
