### ${color}[#435793](Under what circumstances can The Ticket Collective terminate my account?)

The Ticket Collective may terminate participation in two ways:

1. **At Will (immediate**) — No cause required
2. **For cause (immediate)** — including, but not limited to:
    * Material breach of agreements
    * Zero-tolerance violations (see [Platform Conduct Policy](https://the-ticket-collective.crisp.help/en/article/platform-conduct-policy-1o6roo6/?bust=1787928643855) — automation tools, fake accounts, fraudulent behavior)
    * Failure to pay amounts owed (see [Participant Responsibility Policy](https://the-ticket-collective.crisp.help/en/article/participant-responsibility-policy-174ra0e/?bust=1787928435767))
    * Violations of applicable law
    * Presenting unacceptable operational risk
