# Is There a Learning Curve, and How Does Training Work?

Yes. Not every submission will be approved, especially early on. Ticket brokers have specific requirements, and approval rates for new participants are typically around 1 in 4 submissions. This improves meaningfully as you become familiar with broker preferences and the platform's timing.

To help you ramp up, onboarding training consists of up to ten 2–5 minute training videos. After each video, you must answer 1–3 questions correctly to proceed to the next one.
