Yes — 100%. You are solely responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with the terms of service of every box office, venue, and ticketing platform you use. The Ticket Collective does not review or monitor box office terms on your behalf. You are expected to:
- Know the purchase limits for each event and box office
- Understand any geographic restrictions that apply
- Comply with fan verification requirements
Violations may result in ticket cancellations for which you bear full financial responsibility. If your tickets are cancelled for violating box office terms, this may be treated as Negligent Conduct, with associated financial consequences.
